I am not working from home. I am home during a crisis trying to work.
Trying to treat this time like it’s just a regular work day is (I’ve found out the hard way) a fast path to failure. Our expectations of ourselves and others during this time will be critical. And how we view our everyday is vital to our success. So I’m now viewing work as something that can “fit in between” the stuff that really matters.
