Get Outside

Did you make your move this weekend? Better yet, did you go outside to do it?

New research is indicating increased overall mental health benefits of experiencing nature. Everything from mood to anxiety to focus – it seems clear that spending time outside is critical. A few minutes a day will do and there is no gear or memberships required. Try a little mindfulness while you are at it for some extra benefit. Little Maple and I spent some quality time outside -although it’s not clear who is walking who just yet.
